Professional Nursing Profile Overview

Czarina Tecson, BSN, RN-BC

I am a board-certified medical-surgical registered nurse committed to safe, evidence-based, and compassionate patient care. With clinical experience across diverse settings and a strong foundation in interdisciplinary collaboration, I have developed a well-rounded perspective on nursing practice. I currently serve as a Clinical Teaching Assistant to BSN and ADN students, and as an adjunct instructor for LVN students. In this role, I taught Basics of Medication Administration and Med-Math to Bridge students transitioning from Medication Aide to LVN roles, an experience that deepened my passion for clinical education and reinforced my belief in creating psychologically safe, student-centered learning environments. I am currently pursuing certification in nursing education, with the goal of continuing to grow as an educator who balances high clinical standards with genuine support for student learning.
